I honestly do not think Toby is dead.
1. Would of seen the face rather then dramatically running after Mona instead
2. Random dude in shop I think is covering for Toby and I think Toby WAS going to meet Emily but instead saw Mona and whoever else was probably after him so he ran
3. Wilden probably DID die and the dead body was him proving ABC’s confirmation of someone dying was correct just not who we expected.
I don’t think Emily was ever targeted btw I think Mona wants to get under Spencers skin and because she is so hell bent on finding out what is going on she would see the clues and Mona wanted her to ..in order to set her up so she would end up in that loony bin.
Oh yea and Ezra and Aria probably will break up anyone who didn’t see that coming obviously has not been watching the show to much.. after all she did have a moment with his BROTHER so shit will probably happen soon there. Secrets don’t stay secrets forever on that show after all.
Just an opinion but what I think is happening =P
